I get it.

You don’t want to spend your day chasing naps while you’re on your fourth cup of coffee.

You don’t want to spend another night frantically searching on google for reliable ways to soothe your baby.

You want more magical moments when you and your baby are playing and you are filled with overwhelming love.

You don’t want to wait at the door for your partner to come home because you are bored out of your mind.

Don’t worry. You are not alone.

What you need are techniques that will save your sanity and make this all feel FUN and even magical

Techniques that go beyond timing feeds, scheduling naps, shushing, and bouncing.

You need a way to make your whole day feel like that first morning smile.

That’s where Baby in Tune comes in.

BABY IN TUNE - ONLINE COURSE

A one-of-a-kind music program for you and your baby that actually works

Baby in Tune is a step by step program that will teach you how to soothe, put your baby to sleep, play, and connect with your baby in a way that encourages communication and creates a joyful and lasting bond.

By the end of this class, you will know how to play, soothe, and enrich your baby through music.

You will have renewed confidence and will feel more peaceful and joyful with your baby.

Instead of sweating out the witching hour, you and your baby will be spending afternoons playing, connecting and writing your very own song that your baby will remember forever.

Here’s why doing music with your baby is Not a luxury. It is a Necessity.

Improves Sleep

Music can make your bedtime routine smooth, consistent and reliable. And one more thing – ENJOYABLE.

Makes Your Day FUN

Music provides hundreds of activities to engage your baby in ways that are fun for you AND for him/her.

Develops Language

Infants have improved communication skills when their caregivers engage them in music.

Soothes Your Baby

Music lowers our cortisol level and relaxes us. Babies calm when they hear soothing music and infant-directed singing.

Strengthens Your Bond

This is the most important one. Music with your baby can improve your connection. This is crucial for your baby’s healthy development.

Helps Establish Routine

Music can help you establish that ever elusive routine so that you can stop chasing those naps and stick to a schedule.

Relaxes YOU too

Our babies are like emotional antennas. They are picking up on our cues. Music relaxes US which makes our baby relax.

Inspires Playfulness

Music brings more joy, more creativity, more smiles, and more heart-melting all around.

HOW IT ALL BREAKS DOWN

MODULE 1
Why music works and getting over insecurities

First, we’ll look at what makes music so powerful. We’ll look at the research showing us how babies relate to music so that we can understand how best to  engage with them musically.

Next, we’ll take an important look at our own insecurities and anxiety when it comes to music and singing. We ALL have them. This lesson walks you through some strategies for overcoming these insecurities.

module 2
How to use music to get through the tough spots

In the first lesson, you’ll learn a unique technique for soothing your baby involving rhythm, tone and breath.

In the second lesson, you’ll learn how to choose your lullaby, use it in an effective way, and why it will help you put your baby to sleep anywhere, by anyone.

The third lesson will help with other tough moments during your day – diaper changing, feeding, bathtime, etc. It’s all about reducing the fuss by a lot.

MODULE 3
HOW TO USE MUSIC TO HAVE FUN WITH YOUR BABY

These lessons are all about more smiles and more connection.

Starting with play songs, you’ll learn why and how to do them. You’ll learn a surprising technique called “Anticipation/Repetition” that will be fun for your baby and will reveal the ‘scientist’ within your baby.

Finally, get your dancing shoes on for the last lesson in this module which is about dancing. Let’s shimmy through the witching hour.

MODULE 4
HOW TO USE MUSIC TO BE PRESENT WITH YOUR BABY

We can spend hours upon hours with our babies and still sometimes feel that we haven’t actually BEEN with them all day. This can lead to depression and a feeling of disconnect from our baby.

By the end of this module, you will have three big strategies under your belt for taking a pause during your day to fully connect with your baby AND yourself.

These mindfulness techniques (involving music, touch, and breath) are so important for your relationship, your wellbeing and your baby’s health.

MODULE 5
HOW TO USE MUSIC TO ENRICH YOUR BABY

Now let’s talk about making our babies smarter through music.

Believe it or not, there are ways we can help our babies start to develop language and communication even in infancy.

You’ll learn how to mirror your baby’s vocals in a way that research has shown will improve your baby’s communication. You will also learn why hand gesture songs teach the fundamentals of language and you’ll get a shiny list of good songs to sing with your baby. Finally, you’ll learn how to use music to introduce other languages to your baby.

MODULE 6:
HOW TO MAKE MUSIC YOUR OWN

This module is all about individualizing music to make it your own.

You will learn how to write a song– the same song that your baby might sing to her baby when she is a mama.

You will also take a trip down memory lane to remember your childhood music. Music is stored in a completely different part of our brain than memories, which means we may remember full songs from situations that can then trigger memories.

Finally you will start to introduce your baby to music from different cultures

Baby in Tune provides you with a super clear, science-based, step-by-step guide that shows you simple and doable techniques for soothing and connecting with your baby.

THE CONFIDENT PARENT MUSIC GUIDE

Do you wish you had a few techniques to feel more confident as a singer and more comfortable doing music with your baby?

This bonus is for you. Which basically means it is for everyone. Who doesn’t feel vulnerable when they sing?

Here is what parents say about Baby in Tune

As a 35-year-old new mom, I was blown away by how much my life changed when my daughter arrived. I’m a leader in my professional life, but suddenly I was a novice, with no idea how to connect to – or what to do with – my baby.

This class taught me so many skills and tools. I learned a song with the perfect rhythm for bouncing when my daughter started crying. I learned a way to engage her in tummy time. I learned lyrics that helped me understand that everything we were going through – from Rose putting her hands in her mouth incessantly to my missing the “old me” to forgiving each other after she stole all my sleep and I didn’t meet all of her needs immediately – were totally normal. This class was invaluable.”

- Joy mom of Rose

“I’m an engineering manager, dedicated to structure, and so when I took over as primary caregiver to my son, I started treating our daily routines like another job. The stress and constantly-changing nature of newborn care made me feel resentful, and I started thinking of my son as a difficult asset to be managed.

Baby In Tune taught me new skills around music and interaction with babies. When I sing to him now, especially when getting him out of bed and down to sleep, I take joy in how our connection is evolving – rather than simply focusing on the confusion of it all – and that feeling persists when the song is over. Basically, music keeps it from being simply a job
